Gaspang ng Ugali nya bakla!

Pagkagaling sa opisina, diretso ako sa istasyon ng MRT (Ortigas o Shaw) at madalas nagnanakaw ako ng tulog hanggang makarating sa huling istasyon ng Taft Ave. Marahil ay “immune” na ako sa station jingle ng MRT kaya kahit gaano siguro kalakas ang “volume” nito ay minsan lang ako maalimpungatan.

“Gaspang ng ugali nya bakla!” mga kataga na gumising sa aking pagkakaidlip sa loob ng MRT. Kasalukuyang nasa Boni Station ang tren noon nang magitla ako sa nangingibabaw na boses ng dalawang nagtsitsikahan patungkol sa isang taong marahil kilala nila pareho. Sa pagkakataong ito, medyo nawala ang aking antok dahil napansin ko ang isang bagay na nakasabit sa kanila at may tatak ito ng isang TV station. Malamang patungkol lamang ang kanilang pinaguusapan sa isa nilang ka-empleyado. Medyo humihirit din ang isa sa isa ng mga pabulong na kwento pero mabilis mong mababasa o madidinig ang kaniyang sinasambit ng palihim. Doon ko natunugan na isang artista galing sa kanilang istasyon ang kanilang pinaguusapan.

Ayon sa isang tsikadora/ empleyado, minsan daw na sinama nya ang kanyang pinsan sa taping ng “dalagang artista” sa dahilang napakalaking fan daw ang pinsan ng nasabing dalaga. IIlang eksena palang ang nashoo-shoot at practice ng ilang linya, lumapit daw ang tsikadora sa dalagang artista upang magpakuha ng picture kasama ang pinsan gamit ang camera ng kanyang cellphone. Sinagot daw cya ng “Mamaya na pwede? Kitang nagpapahinga ang tao eh”, mula daw nun di na lumapit ang dalawa at hindi na raw sumubaybay ang kanyang pinsan sa mga palabas kung san nandun ang dalagang artista. “Gaspang talaga ng ugali, bakla!” paulit ulit na halatang may kahalong inis. “Kala ko pa naman close na kami kahit konti, dahil madalas dumalaw yan sa opisina ni boss, dyusko kung alam ko lang na plastic ang NGITI nya pinagbuhol ko na sila ng P.A. nya.”

Saang TV station sila nanggaling? Bagay ang nunal sa logo ng kumpanya nila. Hindi na muna ako magbibigay ng clue kung sino ang dalagang artista na kanilang pinaguusapan, ika nga ng matatanda “Ang isda ay nahuhuli sa kanyang bibig.”

“Taft station, taft station this is the last station… Kindly check your belongings before leaving the train. Thank You.”

Retzwerx - Pinoy Big Blogger is back!

Hello pinoy showbiz lovers, tsimosos and intregeras. Retzwerx your Pinoy Big Blogger is back!

After 6 months of blogging hiatus, I can’t express how excited I am to be part of the local showbiz community again. So what really happened?

What the F happened to retzwerx?

LOL, got this from an email sent by rikah777 who says she’s been a fan of the blog since the Pinoy Big Brother season 1 started (thanks by the way). And she asked “na-hack ba ang blog mo? what happened?”. I feel that I owe her and all the loyal readers of Retzwerx an explanation so here goes.

Reason #1: Most of you who knows me personally or online, that I pull off half of my spending budget/ mucho dinero/ cash from blogging (aka problogging) and half it comes from my day job (I’m currently employed at The Design People, Inc as Senior Search Engine Marketing Specialist). There came to a point that I need to focus on my day job to streamline a work process for a specific product (I dont think its bloggable) that I was assigned to. It’s a continuous and tedious process but I’m happy that it went well.

Reason #2: Another reason why I decided to shut down the whole site entirely when I realized that part of my database can’t be fixed. The Retzwerx database was battered and bruised for almost 3years with nearly 3000 posts, 215,117 spam comments caught and close to 60,000 active comments. Imagine the strain on the servers where the site was hosted that time (Dreamhost). Sluggish site download, broken permalink structure and all that was the time that I need to go to plan B.

Err? What is plan B? ACoA? Added Pleasure?

Plan B, reboot the blog entirely, move the old database to and archive and start all over again from scratch. Sounds simple right? It’s a brutal fact that every blogger needs to be prepared with atleast, back to square one. Although this Alternative Course of Action is not a “happy happy joy joy event” for me and Retzwerx (the Blog), I need to sacrifice that “thought” and think above and beyond it to improve the readers’ experience while visiting us (yes for added pleasure, tear here to open. LOL).

Ricky Hatton - Money on Golden Boy, Score Card for Pacquiao

Hatton also said his aim is to fight whoever wins the much awaited Pacquiao-Dele Hoya match on December 6, 2008. “No disrespect to Oscar, a friend, but for my own career I’d prefer Pacquiao to win. Then I could fight him at light-welter for all the marbles.”

Now I’m excited, I was really hoping for a Pacquiao-Hatton match for December and me thinks this is the Grandest Fight of the Year. Egh I guess we still have to wait for the results on Oskee-Pac match. Oh and let’s see if Ricky can pull off a KO on Malignanni this November.

For now I’m reaaaaaddy to rumbleeee…….
