Mukhang nagkasundo na ang ABS-CBN, Alfie Lorenzo at Juday sa nilalaman ng kontrata at napapirma na ito muli sa ABS-CBN. Kung matatandaan, nagkaroon ng aberya ang kanyang pagpirma sa ABS-CBN noong nakaraang buwan dahil sa pag-iinarte ng kanyang manager na si Alfie Lorenzo sa dahilang pagpapareview ni Judy Ann ng kontrata sa kanyang Attorney sa pagiisip nitong hindi siya pinagkakatiwalaan ng alaga.

Ngayong nakapirma na si Juday sa ABS-CBN, malamang ay tuloy na tuloy na ang kasal niya kay Ryan Agoncillo.

Alfie Lorenzo may tinatago nga ba sa kontrata ni Judy Ann santos?

Maraming naging alingasngas, pagkatapos ng napabalitang alitan ng manager-talent na si Alfie Lorenzo at Judy Ann Santos. Matatatandaan na diumanoy nagalit si Alfie sa kanyang alaga dahil sa paglapit at pinareview pa ni Judy Ann ang kontrata sa kanyang abogado. Hindi ito ikinatuwa ni Alfie Lorenzo dahil ang pakiramdam nya ay sa tagal-tagal ng panahon na naging talent/ “anak-anakan” ni Judy Ann eh ngayon pa ay bigla-biglang sumuyo muna sa attorney bago pirmahan ang kontrata ng ABS-CBN.

Baka daw may “sulsoltant” na si Juday kaya naging ganoon ang naging pamalakad ng dalaga sa pagpirma ng kontrata. Ngunit ayon naman kay Juday na ginawa nya lang yun upang maging masmalinaw sa kanya kung ano ang magiging usapan kung sakaling siya ay magpakasal na at mabuntis sa gitna ng kanyang kontrata. Ayon na rin sa kanya na para na rin maiwasan ang pagkakaroon ng problema sa pagbabayad ng buwis na siyang kinaharap kamakailan lang. Lumalabas na mayroon syang Php 2.714 milyong piso na pagkukulang sa BIR mula noong taong 2002.

Ika nga ng ibang nakakaintindi, nagiging masresponsable lang ang aktres. Iniisip na nya at pinaplano ang kanyang “future”. Ang tanong ng marami, tama ba ang inasal ng manager niyang si Alfie Lorenzo noong nakaraang linggo?

Kaya’t naging masmaingay ang ilang usap-usapan na baka naman ay may tinatago si Alfie Lorenzo sa Kontrata o may binago na maaring pagkakitaan nya pa ng konti. Hindi na maaalis ang ganitong katanungan dahil kalabisan naman ang kanyang reaksyon sa alaga sa puntong kailangan pa nitong lumapit at magpakumababa pagkatapos ng ilang binitiwang panlalait galing sa manager sa kabila nang nagiging masmaingat lang at dinadaan na sa “legal” na proseso (na dapat naman) ang pagpirma sa kahit anong kontrata. Ano nga ba ang meron Mr. Alfie Lorenzo? Kami’y paliwanagan ninyo (ng maayos).

Pinoy Fear Factor, ABS-CBN’s franchise reality show from Endemol, the same company behind Pinoy Big Brother, Pinoy Dream Academy & Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal.

The Pinoy version of the show uses the Fear Factor Extreme format instead of the original American format of a three-stunt, one winner per episode format. The Fear Factor Extreme format is one of a multiple set of stunts and a set number of contestants over a period of weeks.

Kapamilya Gerald Anderson inlove with Kapuso Pauleen Luna?

Rumors crawling the ‘internets’ that Pinoy Big Brother Ex-Teen Housemate Gerald Anderson is courting Kapuso and Eat Bulaga co-host Pauleen Luna.

Pauleen declares she’s still single months after her break-up with Valenzuela City Mayor Sherwin Gatchalian. And according to her Talent-Manager Lolit Solis three other politicians are queuing up to court her.

But what shook the world out of KIMERALD fans (Kim Chiu & Gerald Anderson Fans club) was the rumor regarding Gerald’s intentions of courting the Kapuso actress.  Malabnaw na nga ba talaga ang Kim and Gerald love-team? This might prove (or disprove) that Kim doesn’t interest the Hunk anymore or the other way around. Save it kid, we can feel the ICE between them.

Pauleen in Gerald’s Chrysler? Wow! Who wouldn’t want to ride that million peso car. After all, according to Pauleen Luna “We’re just friends”. Bakit nga naman kayo magiisip ng iba?

Richard Gutierrez soon to be Kapamilya?

While promoting Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion’s blockbuster movie from Star Cinema “For the First Time”, Richard’s “Monster Mom” Annabelle Rama didn’t liked how the Kapuso Network co-promoted DingDong Dantes & Marian Rivera’s birthday party/ dance concert (LOL) on the same date when her son’s movie is premiere (August 27, 2008).

News says Annabelle Rama talked to her attorneys if there’s a possibility to end (premature termination of contract) Richard Gutierrez’ contract at GMA 7 Kapuso network. An indication of her plans to transfer the commodity’s rights Richard Gutierrez to ABS-CBN Kapamilya Network channel (oi, alangan naman sa TV5!)

Megadaughter KC Concepcion thought that Richard was warmly treated by the ABS-CBN and Star Cinema staff not as sign of their interest (to pirate him) but he truly deserves the treatment. The young actor was very respectful and polite during his short stay at ABS.

Others say that Annabelle Rama shouldn’t feel insecure about Richard’s career. My personal opinion is that a person’s move in making a decision specially if it complicates their career (career of her son ftm) doesn’t always involve “money & power” sometimes all they need is a little R-E-S-PECT.
