Youtube sensation Janina San Miguel Forced to withdraw Title?

There were speculations that it was not Janina’s decision to withdraw her title as 2008 Miss World Representative. Rumors says that Youtube Sensation Janina San Miguel having a hard time to cope up with the rigorous training and it was the Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc.’s call to make her resign as the country’s Miss World Representative. BPCI says it was her grandfather’s untimely demise which made her leave the title.

No official words yet came out from her and her Manager Jonti Martinez. “I tried to call her yesterday but her phone’s turned off” - Jonti told the press.

Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc publicity officer Belle Baldoza disputed that these rumors were true. “We gave our full trust on Janina. We were the ones who gave her the title” said the BPCI officer.

Miss World 2008 First Runner-up Danielle Castaño shall assume Janina’s title and represent the country on the 58th Miss World pageant which will be held on December 13, 2008 at Johannesburg, South Africa.
